Carrier oils are used to dilute essential oils before application to the skin. They have properties of their own and when Cold Pressed are rich in natural vitamins which have not been destroyed by processing.

Carrier oils can be used singly or blended into a combination to suit a particular skin type. They are easily absorbed providing nourishment to the skin leaving it feeling soft and silky.

Apricot Kernel (Prunus armeniaca)

Virtually clear with a tinge of yellow. The oil is extracted from the apricot nut and is very similar to sweet almond oil but a little richer.

Avocado (Persea Americana)

Avocado oil contains vitamins A, B1, B2 and D. This oil also contains potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium, proteins and fats. Due to the rich content of avocado it penetrates deeper into the epidermis than most other carrier oils.
